	Our Smokey World... Pitboss~ BBQ is a hobby enjoyed by millions of people all over the globe and whether it is slow smoked over various aromatic woods or simply grilled over red hot coals, the word BBQ is identified by many. My vision is to provide mouth watering BBQ through "tradition and innovation" with bold yet subtle rubs I have created. From my ancestors to my children, I believe that passing on this tradition is the driving force that keeps me at the pit for hours upon end. Through innovation I can add or simply re-think the process of many things that are known to be done one way. Stay with me as I document my travels, triumph, failures, blah, blah, blah through this BBQ journey. Spending time with my family and BBQ'ing is what I love to do, and who knows where this world of meat smokin' will take me, but I will document every part of it and we will see where it all goes! So stick with me my friends and let the story unfold... The Team~ The SmokeyBibbs BBQ team has competed in the San Diego BBQ circuit. Team SB is currently not competing until our arrival to the Port Orchard Washington area in 2011! We cant wait!! Catering~ Catering services are currently being conducted in Atsugi Japan and will commence providing services to the Seattle and Port Orchard area upon return in the Summer of 2011.
